Yes. All products are original and sealed, from brands such as nutriADN, Micro Ingredients, Nutricost and Double Wood, manufactured under GMP standards and tested by independent laboratories.
Do I need a consultation to buy?
It isn't required. But if you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a medical condition, message me first and we'll review it together. Some supplements can interact with treatments.
Can I take several supplements at the same time?
Often yes, but some formulas already combine ingredients (for example, NMN 10-in-1 or Magnesium Complex) and it's best not to double up. I'll help you build a routine without overlaps.
How do I pay?
When you send your order on WhatsApp, I'll share the available payment methods and the shipping cost to your city.
Do you ship?
Yes, across Mexico by courier. In Hermosillo you can also pick up your order or request local delivery.
How soon will I see results?
It depends on the product and on each person. Magnesium and adaptogens are usually noticeable within days or a few weeks; vitamins, omega 3 or probiotics require 6 to 12 weeks of consistency. The key is to take them every day.
